Another coordinated takedown. They had the demolition crews (multiple cranes/scoopers) on-hand and began teardown within hours. The most telling evidence (molten, warped) structural steel unfortunately is not visible in these videos (and maybe was not present at all), but plenty of other DEW Hallmarks are discernible. 19 Dec 1991 — Around 2:00 in: ten fire companies responded, 100+ firemen, “took the rest of the day to extinguish completely.” — the stubborn, difficult to extinguish blaze is another DEW Hallmark.

- Land resistant to plant regrowth — energetic poisoning.
- Wrecking crew on-hand within minutes after the blaze.
- Valuable real-estate wasted on withering property – in National Register of Historic Places
- Purplish hue.
- Furious fire inexplicable from available (traditional) fuel source.
- No fatlities or injuries.
- Mystery cause unverified.
- Embrittled masonry; easily collapsed, piling up evenly in brick-sized chunks (similar to Civil War rubble, also suspected as involving DEW Attacks).
- White/Grey off-gassing.
- High-winds.
- Immediately-adjacent flammables unburned (trees).
