We parked right on North Market at Church. It was cold, dim, drizzly-snowy-ish. Perfect.
We skipped #2 as it seemed somehow unwelcoming…or maybe we just did not want to cross the icy-sopping street.
So #3 was our first stop. Superb, haunting performances by hand-bells and choir!

Carillon bell tower next. We got there at 4pm but the one-person-wide circular staircase and zero docent guidance made it a mad free-for-all. Recommend they station one person at base with walky to coordinate persons going up and down. We didn’t make it up, but that was okay since in previous we had.
We crossed the park to an house on 2nd St near Dulaney. Nice running choo-choo on the veranda porch.

Next was #6 Calvary United on Bentz, but our sensitive was getting a bad vibe from the crowds, and some Dinte-Moore like odor was wafting so we high-tailed it.

Then #7 Frederick Presby, in which was performing a small brass ensemble. Very nice sound.

On the way to #9 Grace United.

Inside #9 Grace United, something creeped us out promptly…maybe the all seeing eye stained glass.

Next was #10 St John Evangelist Catholic

A Spanish Spanish-guitar quartet was performing above us and to the rear.

Debbra pointed it out; I couldn’t resist.

Our favorite spot (and most excellent performance by 3 of the 15-member flute ensemble (12 were stymied by the weather to the west) was at #1 Evangelical Lutheran.

Followed by the wonderful, monstrous pipe organ performance and choir.

Finally, superb hamburgers at Maxwell’s on E Patrick.
