The Hager House Investigation in Hagerstown by Beverly Litsinger
During an investigation at Hager House in Hagerstown, Beverly Litsinger witnessed spine-chilling phenomena that brought history back to life—literally. A candle on a windowsill levitated before being hurled across the room. In the basement, a ghostly moan echoed, and outside, the team heard a phantom clearing its throat. Photographs captured the distorted face of a man beaten to death in the basement, alongside a bloodstain that seemed to glow. Ectoplasmic forms drifted across the grounds, leaving no doubt that the past is alive and haunting.
I went to check out the Hager House before taking a group on a tour. The night that I was touring the house many strange and amazing things happened. There was a candle on the window sill and it lifted up into the air, stopping for a moment, and then it was thrown across the room. When we were in the basement we all heard someone moan. When we went outside we heard someone clearing their throat.
When I took my group through the house, we captured many amazing picture. One member got a picture of the man who was beaten to death in the basement. The man’s face was distorted and he looked like he was in great pain. Another person captured a picture in the basement where the man had been murdered, causing a red blood stain on the wall. When we went outside we captured many ectoplasms.
